I fished at the same private sand pit lake in the afternoon on all three days. I caught good numbers of largemouth bass up to 16 inches, crappies up to 14 inches, bluegills up to 9 ½ inches, and a 21-inch walleye. These fish were caught on a 1/32- and 1/16-oz. Marabou Jigs around deep points, edges of deep flats, underwater brush piles, and deep weed beds in depths of 24 feet or less. The water clarity in this sand pit lake is very clear with a visibility of 10 feet or more.
