I guided on Red Willow Reservoir. My clients and I caught good numbers of wipers, white bass, walleyes, channel catfish including a Master Angler at 35 inches, a few crappies, largemouth bass, bluegills, and a flathead catfish.  We caught these fish on a Carolina Rig with shiners, 3 and 5″ ProMinnow Swimbaits, and a 5″ Flutter Spoon around underwater humps, islands, road beds, edges of flats next to deep water, and edges of creek channels in depths of 18 feet or less. The surface water temperature was in the upper 70s.
