I guided on Red Willow Reservoir and my clients and I are still catching good numbers of wipers between 15 and 23 inches including a Master Angler wiper at 24 3/4 inches. We are also catching good numbers of white bass up to 14 inches, channel catfish up to 27 inches, largemouth bass up to 18 inches, few walleyes, and a nice crappie. We caught these fish around underwater humps, road beds, edges of flats next to deep water, edges of creek channels, and near the dam areas in depths of 18 feet or less using a Carolina Rig with shiners, 3.5 and 5 inch ProMinnow Swimbaits, and a 5″ Flutter Spoon.
