I guided on Red Willow Reservoir on all three days. My clients and I are still catching good numbers of wipers up to 24 1/2 inches, white bass up to 14 inches, walleyes up to 22 inches, northern pikes up to 35 inches, channel catfish fish up to 34 inches, largemouth bass up to 18 inches, and a few nice crappies and flathead catfish. We caught these fish on a Carolina Rig with Shiners, Lytle’s Secret Tail Spinners, ReelBait Flasher Jig with Berkley Gulp! 3″ Minnow Grub, 3.5 and 5 inch ProMinnow Swimbaits, and a 5″ Flutter Spoon around main lake points, underwater humps, islands, road beds, edges of creek channel, edges of flats next to deep water, and near the dam areas in depths of 20 feet or less. The surface water temperature is in the mid 70s.
