I fished at two different private sand pit lakes for a few hours in the late afternoon. I caught good numbers of largemouth up to 18 inches, and a 22 inch walleye using deep diver crankbaits and 5″ Flutter Spoon around deep points, edges of deep weed beds, and underwater brush piles in depths of 24 feet or less.
