I guided on Red Willow Reservoir and my clients and I are catching good numbers of white bass, nice wipers, northern pikes, walleyes, crappies, a few channel catfish and freshwater drums. We are catching these fish around main lake points, underwater humps, islands, underwater road beds, flats next to deep water, edges of creek channels, and near the dam areas in depths of 18 feet or less. We were using Carolina Rig with gizzard shad, 3/4 and 1 oz. Lytle’s Secret Tail Spinners, ProMinnow Swimbaits, deep diver crankbaits, 5″ Flutter Spoon, and Silver Buddy Bladebait.
